Phil has more than 30 years of experience in the chemical manufacturing sector in both the USA and abroad. His varied career has earned him the respect of his associates and clients in a vast array of chemical manufacturing and support areas. Phil has been involved in several multi-million dollar business expansions and due diligence assessments of various acquisitions. His multi-variate experience encompasses Process Development, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Compliance, Product Management, and Environment/Health/Safety.
Roger Tietze
Consultant
Roger has traveled the world, working with clients in the USA and abroad. He specializes in formulating various resin chemistries to meet customer performance criteria and to applying that same formulation to the customer’s manufacturing processes. Roger has been involved in the composite and printed wiring board business in various roles including research & technology, customer service & technical support, and engineering for manufacturing. His more than 30 years of industrial background and numerous inventions and papers have established him as an expert in the composite resin formulation industry.
